Terms and Conditions for Blufield Application and Web Application

Blufield (the "Application"), owned and operated by OUTBOX (the "Company"), having its registered address in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, provides field management software solutions. By using this Application and/or its associated web application (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Consent to Use

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you give full consent to the use of the Service as described in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Data Collection and Usage

2.1 User Activity Logs:

• The Application collects logs of user activities and movements within the Service to enable efficient management and optimization of your data.
• These logs are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized personnel.

2.2 Location Data:

• The Application collects real-time location data from your device to provide accurate, location-specific information to your organization or client.
• Location data is used solely for field management purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• 3.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide while using the Application.
• 3.2 You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify the Company immediately in case of any unauthorized access to your account.
